Falcon Lowrider, easy. Or a Bucoo if it's a moving bait and you want to save a few dollars. 

 

I'd also suggest the Dobyns Sierra or Kaden series IF you catch them on a good sale. You can find the Kaden for like $110ish sometimes if you keep your eyes out. 

This is one of those questions that you can ask 20 people and get 40 answers on.

 

I own over 100 rods with half of them being under $200 (just the rod).

 

I've got ALOT that I like, but the one that stands out is the new 13 Fishing "OATH" series. I bought one, liked it so much, I bought 2 more. Its a rod that punches far above its cost. Its the $100 Expride. I highly recommend it.

 

I also have many Exprides, Poison Adrenas, GLX, NRX, Fantasista and Zenons. Lots of variation to compare to, to contribute to my assessment.
