Etsy is bad about this. They start begging for reviews before you even receive your order.

Oh it's not just purchases, it's anything where you spend $$.  I get them from restaurants, hotels, airlines...heck I even get them when I have to contact customer service to fix something.  Then here it comes...."How'd we do?"

 

And yes, they're persistent.  It's extremely annoying - like expecting a 20% tip for handing me a cup of coffee.
