I believe this is a shallow Bagley Crankbait I’m new to this lure so was looking to some info where does it shine? Benefit of round bill?

I believe that's a diving balsa B. Should be a 4 or 5 ft diver if memory serves. There was also a kill'r B  that ran deeper still. 

Bagley made a great bait back in the day. They have been sold a couple times and I believe Rapala owns the name now.

Looks like a Kill'r B2.  I won a WEC version a few days ago.

something like a dt6 , Rk crawler 50. The rk 55 if you want more depth.
