Given the quality boots, socks, and gloves we have available to us these days, I see no need for "tricks" to keep my feet and hands warm. YMMV

I've tried telling my Father this for over a decade. He is 73 now and used to be on blood thinner, so his circulation isn't what it used to be. But during deer season, he is always cold. Even when it's 50 degrees out.

He's always looking for a magic bullet to stay warm. Heated socks, hand warmers, propane heaters. I keep telling him to buy a better pair of socks and insulated hunting boots instead.

Finally just gave up on him and told him to "suck it up buttercup."

Hook the ol fella up with some warm boots and gloves for his birthday or something.
