Yesterday, Drew Gill took the lead at REDCREST at Table Rock. He fished in his wheelhouse, throwing a jighead minnow while using forward-facing sonar and a variety of finesse worms without it.

I thought I'd test out the DeepDive app's lure recommendations by going back a previous date and reviewing all the information - an exclusive feature in fishing apps.

So did the DeepDive app recommend the correct lure? Let's see:

We have had a fantastic spring. They have bit for weeks, I'm not surprised that these guys have caught them so well.

Had no idea RedCrest was even going on.

Yep live 5 miles from Bass Pro shops and been working 16 hour shifts. Really good times going on there .

With everything going on I forgot all about it.

Wheeler is unreal. Congrats. He won big

I enjoyed MDJ cranking the bluff banks without the front looker but I figured he would be SOL without the clouds and some wind today.

Watching the tournament, the videos all seemed to show muddy water. Some of the forum members live on or near Tablerock; what were the water conditions as you actually experienced?

The main lake is pretty clear. That's where Wheeler was, and I'd think most of the guys were looking for smallmouth. The big hotel you could see where he started is the chateau on the lake it's a good landmark.

I'm up the James river which is more stained . It looked like MDJ may have up this way but it's a pretty good run from long creek where they started.

They also caught some meanmouth that scored.
