Ok, I have read all the posts about my response to Spin and I would like to appologize to everyone who has read it. This must paint a really bad picture, even though most of you took up for me. The best thing I could have done was to ignore Spin's initial email. I guess I lost my head with the threats that he made and wasn't thinking of what he may do with my responses. Sometimes my pride overruns my mouth/keyboard. It makes me feel good to see how many of you really believe in Falcon as much as I do or at least believe in giving someone a chance before attacking him. I have never replied to someone in that fashion and I don't plan on doing it again. I am posting this on my own and no one said I should do it. I felt that if I didn't, everyone might think I didn't care. I don't know about Spin, but now that I am a member I will keep posting. This is a really good site.

Although I don't have any personal experience with Falcon rods yet, I took your side until I saw your response.  I felt like the exchange was handled very poorly by both parties.  Your reaction made quite a negative impression on me as a potential customer.  This apology and explanation restores some measure of confidence in you and your company.  I truly believe what you say and I am impressed with your apparent sincerity.  Welcome to the forum.

When dealing with companies, you'll catch more flies with honey rather than the sqeaky wheel gets the oil.

This one should stop right here right now. Posting a bashing contest on a public forum was in bad taste by the original poster, it all should have been taken care of privately. As RW stated we have already been through all that, and this one should stop now also.
