Which reel would you choose if you had a choice? The extreme or the President?

i would get the president it is a very smooth reel.

I have over a dozen Presidents some as old as 3 yrs.  I had 1 anti-reverse switch break in the 3 yrs.  If you knew my track record , with how hard I beat up my gear, you would be as impressed with this reel as I am.  Great reel for the price point.

What everybody else said.  I have three President spinners.  I also have less expensive Trion and like it just as well, if not more so, but don't tell anyone.
