What do you fish with the St Croix Avid AC68MXF?

Featured Replies

So if the AS68MXF is a good technique specific softplastic and works well with Ikas, Senkos, and Lizards, small jigs, shakey heads, drop shotting, and other single hook bait, what do you fish with the AC68MXF?

Small Jigs, Light Texas and Carolina Rigs.

Well since you have both the AS68MXF and the AC68MXF, I would use the spinning rod exclusively for soft plastics and the baitcasting rod for other presentations (jigs, spinnerbaits and buzzbaits).

If you are asking what reel, then I use a Shimano Sustain 2500 or a Shimano Stardic 2500.

Sorry. I did not read your post completely.

Jigs and T-Rigged stuff should be great for this rod.  ;)
