Got around to doing a few reels this weekend. Found out a few interesting things. Not all reel mods are easy to do!! Some take a while.

Liberto Pixy with ZPI Platinum 85mm handle upgrade w/ cork grips. Also installed ZPI SiC bearings inside and Carbontex drag washers.

Daiwa Steez 103H with I'ZE Factory Carbon Weave 90mm handle. Also installed Carbontex drag washers.

My newest toy, Daiwa Zillion 100p Crazy Cranker just got a 4 bearing upgrade in the handle grips. Now, smooth as butter.

Also upgraded one of my Alphas 103's to SiC bearings and Carbontex washers, as well as installed two bearings in the handle grips. Here's a pic of em' all.

That carbon swept handle on the Steez is just sick.  How does it feel?  Very solid?

I was wondering what spool you had in that sweet little Pixy?

Very nice.  Very nice.

Suprisingly very solid. I couldn't tell the difference between the aluminum versus carbon except for weight. I have the Air Spool on the Pixy.

Thanks for all the compliments guys. ;)
