I don't care what brands you're currently fishing.

Try a Cavitron and you will either have a new favorite or another favorite.

You will NOT be disappointed!

8-)

I'll going to have to give the Cavitron Buzzbait a try.  I'm hearing nothing but good reviews about them.  And I understand you can fish them real slow, which is a definite plus in my book.

So, would you recommend adding scent to them NEVER MIND!

The cavitron is my favorite buzzbait. As RW said, you will not be dissapointed.

I like Hart Throb Buzz Baits, Boogerman Racket Buzz, & Lunker Lure

The Cavitron Buzz Baits are very interesting looking but I prefer to throw a ½ oz and if they offered one I would buy a couple.

ITS BUZZBAIT TIME www.cavitronlures.com LOL

I've got the black one with the red blade.  No luck with it yet (but I haven't fished it too much either).  So, here's to hoping I can get out this weekend and try it out.

i love them cavitrons ;D, just about the best buzzbait ive ever used

Im a Booyah man  ;D. Just nothin like sayin BOOYAH! after you pull a fish outta the water on a Booyah bait. Booyah! Say it Loud Say it Proud!  ;)

I might give 'em a try. Even though I like fast retreive, but maybe I can get more or bigger bites with slower retrieve.

I curse you for posting that link, because I just now added that link to my favorite. I'm kind of low on buzzbait if you know what I mean. ;D

Won't know until you try.  I'll usually hit a bank and burn it, then come back through and slow gurgle it.

Produced a 4 lb. smallie that kept me from zeroing a couple of months ago.

I can't buy anything right now for awhile(till after christmas),but when i do those buzzbaits will be one of the first on my list to buy.

A nice, fairly slow retrieve has always produced the best buzzbait bite for me.  There is nothing like having a nice slow, squeeky/clacking buzzbait pass by a stump/log/laydown etc. and just getting it NAILED!  The Cavitrons look nice, but I just bought about 14 Leverage buzzbaits from Sportsmans Warehouse for half price...and I didn't really need and buzzbaits.  I'm stocked.

I have always fished them as slow as possible. I prefer a loud squeek. No clacker or doubles, just a single bladed loud sqweek. BPS used to make a good one

Its all about the double trouble from d&m customs.  the only buzzbait i use anymore.

Cavitron is the best buzzer I have ever used, something about that slow gurgle with a nice squeaky chirp thrown in there that drives fish crazy.

I bought a Cavitron after reading RW's raving review on them!  (I didn't know you worked for the baitmonkey part time?)

Lost my first one somehow because my line broke on a cast.  Got my second one and haven't used it much.  I probably will in the morning though.  Last weekend, my buddy got his shipment of Cavitrons in and had the honors of "first fish".  Caught a nice smallmouth just before dawn.

I have to admit, I like the squeaky paddle.  I think that is a key feature to the Cavitron.  I still like my Strike King Tri-blade and I still say i can retrieve is slower since it has a tri blade vs. a single blade.  I just keeps it up on plane easier and it's quiet and not noisy like the Cavitron.  Sometimes, that subtle buzzer is more natural.  Almost like a "finesse buzzbait" in comparison.

Don't worry Bobby, when I want a louder buzzbait, I reach for a Cavitron.  If I want to annoy my partner, I tie on a "weed wacker" for the fun of it. (lol)  The Bill Dance "Dancn' Buzzbait".  I call it the weed-wacker.  If I ever fish a private stocked pond full of lunkers, I'll use the week-waker!!  (No offense Bill)
