Vicious Fluorocarbon?

Featured Replies

Any input on this line guys? I know it is cheap compared to all other fluorocarbon lines.

Thanks,

Ryan

I have tried this, it is a bit stiff so is less manageable then others.

IMO it's better than Vanish

So is a kick in the arse, and you wont see me lining up for one of those anytime soon.   ;D

JUNK!  spend a little more and get something good (trilene 100%, gamma, seaguar)

I HATED it......There's a reason why it's so "cheap"....

It is such junk line... they should pay you to take it! >:)

I honestly don't know how the pro's that are sponsored by them can wear their logo.  Cause there is no way they could be competetive wile using that line.  I guess they just take the money and run  :)

I've used line before some say is garbage and loved it (Y/Z hybrid) I've used line some love and that was garbage (power pro)

My brother has been using 8lb Vicious all year with no problems.....He does use those big spool BPS spinning reels...While not my cup of tea they do reduce memory and twist.

I tested the stuff and it broke just a little over 8lb. Had low impact resistance compared to mono. Less stretch than mono.

I used 100% Flouro. It's more expensive but if you use a backer of cheap line, it isn't that bad. Had mixed results.
