M or MH should work fine.  MH will have a bit of extra bite for the larger worm hooks.  If you get that Carbonlite, I think you are going to love it.  I do mine.

ive never used a citica but id get a 7' med xf rod.

fast will be a good choice as well.

if you plan on fishing it in a good amount of cover and/or use heavy hooks, get a med heavy. for tossing wacky rigged senkos on thin drop shot hooks, id go medium for sure.

I throw Senkos on 10 and 14 lb floro on my Citica and it will put them out there a very long distance.  You can improve your distance with this reel if you clean your spool bearings before you use it (lighter fluid works fine) and put just a drop of any high quality bearing oil on them.  I use a 6'6" MH BPS Extreme Woo Daves for my worms.  Shimano tends to over lube the bearings.

I would go m/h with and extra fast tip.  I think that a medium with fast tip allows the rod to load up a little when pitching making the spool start very abruptly leading to backlash. you can use the curado e spool but it's kind of high.  I think you'll be just fine with the citica spool

I tend to agree.  I think I had better luck with lighter baits on the D series Citicas.  For whatever reason the E series don't seem to handle weightless plastics as well for me.

Assuming that you are talking about changing the citica E spool for the curado E spool I don't believe it will make much difference.

The spool for the citica weighs 14.8 grams empty and the curado spool 13.8 grams. Note: Thee is some variation batch to batch in spool weights.

However, loaded with 14# test mono the spools weigh 24.2 grams vs 25.2 grams. That difference is negligible. A light weight spool is key to casting light baits. The line capacity of the citica/curado spool is such that it makes the spool substantially heavier than the spool for a curado 100D or a 50 MG.

For example the spool for a 50 mg weighs 12.3 grams empty and 17.7 grams filled with line.

yeah i meant the curado spool, im switching it out this season, so i cant give you a definitive answer yet, but thats what i have read, so just passing on that piece of info
