Found some on sale was wondering how good it is.

It it worth spooling up or should i save it for a emergency lol.

It is really good; stronger than the line test rating, and very manageable.

I use 6lb. on spinning gear, and 10-12 lb. on baitcasting gear. For the money I like it, and not any problems with it.

Yes, buy some.  I use 10, 12, & 15 lb test on BC reels.  I just picked up 2 spools at Cabela's and apparently you get $6 mail-in rebate when you buy 2 spools.  Probably get the check some time in November.

CX premium is more manageable than CXX but not quiet as strong.  Great line, worth trying out and really worth it on sale.

+1... definitely my favorite "budget" line.

I like and use it all the time.

Great line. As said not quite as strong as CXX but it casts better and doesn't have the memory. The only drawback is being fluorocarbon coated it isn't ideal for topwaters.
