I've decided I'd like to try a micro guide rod.  This will be primarily used to fish medium sized plastics.  I was targeting a medium power fast action 6' 6" casting rod. 

Who offers the best sub $200 micro guide rod that fits my needs?  Spending less is OK with me since I've never used one before and I'm not 100% sure I'll like it.

Not many companies have them out yet.Kistler is one but I'm not sure who else has them.

Falcon, Kistler and Duckett offer micro rods in the sub $200 range.

Can't recommend a certain brand, but I wrapped a few for way less in components than any that have been mentioned.

Either way I think you will like micro guide rods.

I would check out the falcon cara weightless worm micro guide rod. I haven't used the micro guides yet, but the cara's are great sub $200 rods

Thanks for the suggestions so far....I'll do some more research on the Falcon, but I think it fits the bill for what I'm looking for with this first "test" micro guide rod.
