Berkley Bungee Worm

Featured Replies

Hey, just bought a pack of Berkley Powerbait Bungee Worms, never heard any talk about them, but they look like baits that'd get a hit. Anyway, I'm clueless on how you fish these things. Do you use them weightless, or with a bullet weight? Do you fish them like you would any other worm or what? They seem like a bait that would be actionless without any weight, so im guessing you need to fish em bullet weighted.

Anyone here use them who wants to help me out on the subject?

well i use them sometimes for dropshotting  if i want a really crazy action out of this rig i turn to these    i use them straight on a jighead 1/8 ounce  and have a really steady retrieve    just a few feet above the bottom  maybe stopping it once and a while

hey most of the time the tail is still connected to the body of the bait just clip it off u will see but it is something u might forgot to do and u will be wondering why it isnt having any action

i have used the bungee worm for years, my dad and i fish alot of tournaments on a heavly pressured lake and we catch LOTS of bass on them, we just  t-rig them and worm them slow so the bait saits on the bottom and the tail recoils.  i though alot of people used them and i was talking about how good tey are to some fishing buddys of mine and they asked, what is a bungee worm? so i quickly changed the subject and now i relize that not many people have herd about or use them. so back her on our home lake its my dads and i little secert....   DONT FORGET TO TEAR THE TAIL LOOSE SO THE TAIL WILL RECOIL. AND ALSO WE DONT SEEM TO CATCH MUCH ON THEM AFTER DARK, I GUESS THE SLIM PROFILE OF THE TAIL CONTRIBUTES TO THAT...

I will sometimes use these on a shakey head.

ive drop shotted the 4 inch.

and ill use the 7 in just like a normal t-rigged worm

great bait!!

I use them occassionally Texas rigged.  The action is very different than anything else that I have seen.  I have caught several bass on Bungee worms but they have never produced a bite when others failed.

I really like these worms.  I t-rig them on an EWG hook and fish them like a worm.  They produce quite a bit for me.
