Weekend gathering for BR.com members at Mauch Chunk Lake PA

Featured Replies

Hey I am looking for a weekend of camping and fishing at Mauch Chunk Lake near Jim Thorpe PA. The last weekend of May and the First weekend of June are out. We have to find out who is interested and what weekend will be best for all. Here is the link with prices and all about the lake, once it is up it takes about a minute for the buttons to load up and work.

Post here if interested, we can split cabins. Since the cabins have electricity we can keep the batteries charged: TROLLING MOTOR ONLY LAKE, lets see if we can put something together

Just let me know when Muddy.  I have to put in for the weekend off at the other job, so the sooner the better.

I am still looking forward to a night bite on the Chunk this year!!!!!!

Still have the ones I bought last year for the trip  LOL

My favorite nighttime lure--black spinnerbait--good call

this trip intrigues me ---tell me more please

I'm in... fishing yes... camping no (personal bad karma camping there, involves tornadoes).  I will have room in my boat, and mabye even an extra boat.  Let me know when.

I am just taking feedback, to see interest. When the fellas return from the Gville trip, Bruce and I will put it together.

I may be in also. Fishing-yes. Camping-Nah. Got a place up there to stay at. If wife and kids aren't with me could probably bunk a few more.

Sounds good but whether or not i can stay i would need dates....I make part of my living playing music at night so I can at least show early and hang for a day and possibly do a night but like i said would need dates to confirm.  But definately interested.  ;)

Thanks , about 8 fellas interested, When Speedbead is back from Guntersville we will post a few weekends , whichever weekend works out best for most we will book, we will need to get some deposit money so please be sure. The cabins are 68/ plus tax per night with three, or four with a cot to a cabin your talking around 40 bucks for the cabins per guy for the weekend.

Hmmm.....Another musician. Whattaya play?

I would be interested in going, I would have to check the dates against my tournament schedule, as long as the weekend is free I would enjoy a trip to a weekend on a new lake.

Also if you just want to stop by for a day or night, the Sat nite we will be cooking a dinner fit for kings, feel free to come by. Just please understand this is in no way an official BassResource.com event, there is no competition. if you have any side bets thats your concern not ours ;D
