I say we get a tourney going in May for Law enforcement Memorial week either in RI, CT, MA or NH. seeing that it would most likely be the first of its kind around these parts, I think.

Just a note: You can't get a permit for a tourny in PA until opening day in June. How are those other states????

You can just "go fishing" and have a paper tournament. The only thing you could get in trouble for then is fishing beds.
