What is your favorite thing to use for a jib trailer? I Only fish for large mouth in creeks and rivers.

anything that looks like the pincers of a crawfish works well. i prefer the berkley powerbait trailers because of the sent. also the paca chunks work well

I've done well usin Netbait Paca chunks.

Really, I hate the burkeley trailers. To me they just do not sit right in the water. Maybe I will try them as swimming trailers.

can't go wrong with Uncle josh pork ....... I've even seen studies where fish will not eat crawdads that have their pinchers raised in a defensive mode and will wait them out till the craw drops them...makes you wonder about the floating pinchers on the trailers. I have seen an increase in bites using trailers that don't float as well.

I am kind of partial to Rage Tail chunks and/or craws for longer presentations. Also, they now come in the new Crawfish Butter Scent. Heck, makes me want to bite them too.

I like paca chunks and chigger craws personally. IMO pork has way better action but it is a pain in the %$# to get on and off a hook.

I am mostly just using 5" Yamamoto twin tail grubs as my jig trailers. Sometimes I still use the Zoom Jig Chunks, but most of the time I am throwing jigs with the 5" Yamamoto Twin tail grubs on the back.

GYCB Double Tail grubs, Reaction Innovations DBL Beaver, Paca Chunks, Pork, Brush hogs.

Yum Chunks, Paca Chunks, Ragetail Chunks, GYCB Hula-grubs, Berkley Sabertail Bugs, Zoom Super Chunks, and cut in half Berkley Chigger craws all work well for me.

Out of them all I like the yum chunks, ragetail chunks, and paca chunks the most.

I noticed your fishing in creeks and rivers.  In said waters, I normally use smaller jigs and the Paca Tiny Chunks are great trailers for small jigs.

The Tiny Paca Craws are great as well and they also give you a good little craw for texas rigging.

GYCB Double Tail Grubs!!!

I will third the YUM chunks.  According to a few sources though they are not pouring them right which is why everyone including TW seems to have a very low supply.

If you see them and like them....buy them.

when you're using the baby brush hog, are you cutting off part of it or rigging the whole thing on there?

I like the Yum Craw Papi...a little expensive, but the action and scent are nice.  I've got to try out the zoom ultravibe craw too...

Man, there are a lot of options and I experiment with several different trailers, but if I were to recommend just one, it's the GYCB Flappin' Hog. The bait is soft and bulky which seems to make bass hold on just a bit longer. This is a pretty big trailer which I match up with 1/2 oz jigs.

For a smaller presentation, the GYCB Fat Baby Craw is sweet. I also like the GYCB Double Tail Grub. On the other extreme, a HUGE trailer is Reaction Innovations' Sweet Beaver Double Wide. Now, that's a meal!

When the bite is slow and especially in the winter, Uncle Josh Pork shines. If you are willing to put up with the hassle, this would always be the best option.
