  1. No problem with their site but i can't check out @ BPS online. Can navigate fine but as soon as i hit checkout i get an error message. :'(
  2. the Paca Chunk is my favorite trailer bait. Threaded is definetly the way to go.
  3. Net Baits Paca craw it has a hollow body that traps air.
  4. You can't go wrong with the evo jig. i love the way the skirt sits forward and paired with a Netbait Paca Chunk it can be deadly.
  5. I would use plastics, preferable the Shaky head. Bass are normally not real active in the winter so i prefer to finese them a little. Always yeilds good results for me.
  6. I know this is a very wide scale question ut I will ask anyhow. What line do you prefer for your different types of baits? Worms & Jigs Spinnerbaits Crankbaits Swimbaits
  7. Can you help me with right situation to use either? I hate to sound stupid but i would rather do it right. :'(
  8. Banditt Red Splatter Back or Mad Cow
  9. I am not sure if this has been brought up, sorry if it has. I was just courious as to which you guys prefer. :-/
  10. I will agree with this to a certain extent. Any bait will do, don't just limit our self to worms but if the bait doesn't float you might as well just t-rig it and save a little money. The shakey head was designed to let the tail of the bait float while holding the head to the bottom with a light weight. My $.02
  11. When using an offset hook, parasite clips work the best. They have a few more pros than just preventing slipping also. They prevent slipping... They help prevent tearing even with softer plastics... They also give a little weight for when you don't want to be weightless but the fish just won't hold the bait long.

    Amen Breother ;D
  13. I agree try the top water, something slow due water temps. Also you said you were throwing spinnerbaits but were you cahnging the retrieve up. I find its hard for a bass to resist a slow rolled colorado blade in these condition. Anyhow if the above suggestions don't work go to a 1/16th to a max of 1/8th oz. shakey head with a darker colored finese worm and just barely work it across the bottom.
  14. PB&J jigs are my go to in any water conditions. I thought i was the only one that liked this color so much. Everybody around my area sees it tied on and just ask me what were you thinking with that color selection? I just reply not real sure just thought i would give it a try. They want to knock it, I won't recommend they try it. >
  15. I love these things. If I throw a lipless they are my first choice. I also add an extra snap ring to give the hook a little more movement during the fight to help keep the fish on.
  16. Thanks guys I was thinking the same just wanted to see if your thoughts were different.
  17. Thanks guys.. I'm not to worried about the scent portion of it since i love me some JJ's magic
  18. What is your favorite thing to use for a jib trailer? I Only fish for large mouth in creeks and rivers.
  19. In ya'lls expert opinions does the Wave Worms work as good as Senkos?
  20. I have the big one and have been using it about a year. I haven't had any issues out of it. The shoulder strap is great. Thank god it is padded because like mentioned before once you fill that thing up it weights about 60 or 70 pounds.
  21. Has anyone here fished Lake Jordan just north of Montgomery AL? I will be fishing a tourney there in the coming week and was wondering if anyone here could give any advise. Thanks in advance...
  22. That is what i'm talking about right there.
  23. I have had pretty good luck with mine, but like anything else the imitation baits are not near the quality. I would suggest the Chatter Bait kit from Wal-mart or either BPS. They come with a jig chater bait in the kit and multiple skirts and trailer kits also . When the bite is tough the chatter bait is one of my got to baits.
  24. Not yet i will try to get some posted soon.
