I noticed that a "Buddy List" is one of the new features available on the board.  I consider all of you my buddies.  Could someone explain the value and use of this new feature?  :-?

I guess it's there so you can add your buddies to it. Then when they make you mad you can go to the list and delete them.

I think its more of an address book type thing for people you message often, so you don't have to go look for they're post.

For that I am grateful my friend      

Essentially the Buddy List is a custom members list... for each user.

When you have members you placed on your Buddy List, they will be listed on your User CP (aka My Center) when you first click on the User CP.  On that displayed Buddy List you'll have quick access to those users... such as links to their email, PM, profiles, website; and whether or not they are online.  So you don't have to use the forum's main member list or scour the forum... for someone you communicate with frequently.
