Hope all goes well with the weight loss and surgery, but my favorite salad is:

Grilled chicken

Some lettuce

Bacon pieces

Crutons

Lots of cheese

Some EVOO

More bacon

A few cloves of garlic

And some ranch dressing mixed with franks hot sauce.
