That guy is from Old Dominion University.  I used to see him just about everyday in the field house practicing his juggling.  I never saw him doing the basketball stuff though.  He has been practicing for awhile, I went to ODU in the early nineties.

I used to do the first trick with the basketball off the wall in high school all the time. It is actually pretty easy once you get the hang of it.
