Finally found a DEAL I couldn't refuse on a house.   As you know the market is soft here in S. Florida which puts the you in control as a buyer, so I picked up this little gem.  2.0 Acres,  4,400 Sq. Ft in the main house, 850 Sq. Ft. on the Pool House, in a equestrian community with max HOA fees of $400/Year, access to private lake and canal system full of bucketmouths (Brother caught a 13lb out of it!) and plenty of room for the family.

I am stoked now I just need to get a Dixie Chopper to mow the lawn or better yet a herd of pygmy goats/ponies.

That's cool.  The only Horseshoe acres I was aware of was in Boca.  You got one heck of a house.
