I saw someone named "Hookmedown" and it said he was an Ex Member, how he become that?

They get banned for breaking the rules.

Avoiding the word filter, posting advertisements, constantly arguing and disrupting the family atmosphere here.  These are just guesses, and I would assume come with warnings before such a measure is taken.  Mods are fair.

Not true. If we have to ban someone then their name still appears as it normally would. The only way for the ex-member to show up is if that member removes their own profile. This used to happen on accident quite often due to the member accidentally pushing the wrong button while editing their profile. We have sense removed that button so you shouldn't see ex-member on anyone else.

Or in Muddy's case, a belligerent ex-girlfriend did it for him once. lol

Hookemdown is no little kid anymore.  So I propose he change his name to "hookemup"

Oh sometimes members will delete their profile and become "ex members"  but I don't know why anyone would do such a thing  :-/
