I'm rooting for a sweep by Jennifer Nettles for "Stay".

She sang this song at the Awards last year for the first

time and brought the house down, I'm talkin' "knocked

it out of the park!" It has become one of my All Time Favorites.

Carrie: been rooting for that gal since her first audition on American Idol, and she certainly has proven how good she is.

Jennifer certainly can belt out a song like no one else, at least not recently.

And Carrie certainly raised the bar for all other Idols.  No other Idol has done what she has.  Not even Kelly Clarkson, and KC had a 3 or 4 year head-start!

I've seen Sugarland twice and Taylor Swift once. Sugarland is amazing! I also agree that Carrie Underwood is THE most beautiful celeb out there.

I can't watch that "Stay" video without tearing up.  That must have been a difficult one to shoot.

Well, I agree, but here's the upside: My daughter and a lot of her

friends (19-20 something) are into C&W because of Rascal Flats.

These guys helped get them there and now they like other "true

country" artists.

I can't stand Rascal Flats.  They sound like a whining little ***.  Kid Rock on the other hand is more like southern rock, IMO.
