Glenn always takes care of problems, but if members don't post about the issues they experience it will take longer for him to be aware of the bugs, and hence longer to correct any issues.  So forget about taking a deep breath.  Post away.  

The problem is that everyone is posting about stuff that I already know about.  I'm busy trying to fix them, but have to stop and reply, otherwise people think I'm not paying attention.

Wait a week or more, and if a problem still exists, THEN tell me about it.
