DON'T go to TheBBZ.com - virus

Featured Replies

I was just looking around on the internet and was going to thebbz(.)com and got a pop up that was asking me to check for viruses and get free antivirus software. This is the same pop-up that had a virus which just cost my friend $200 to have removed last week.

As soon as the pop-up showed up I just shutdown my pc manually by holding in the button. If you get a pop-up like this don't hit the cancel option, just shut it down.

I figured I would share since this in an online fishing community and there is a good chance one of us may go there.

I would guess the owners of the site will find out and fix it when they can.

I got a similar virus. I ended up doing a system restore to a previous date.

Thanks for the warning

Investing a spyware monitor doctor/removal program is is a good idea as well as a virus protection program. Another way to advoid spmware is also using the latest FireFox, which you can get for free.

THANKS - was just about to hit that site - does anyone know where i can order the BBZ-1 Shad 4 inch swimmer other than thier site ???
