I'd head out east where Burley keeps bagging those HUGE whitetails... ::)

I'd say go out west and go on an Antelope hunt .  My uncle goes every year and he says its a blast . One day I'm gonna take him up on the offer to go .

Have you considered a caribou hunt? I don't know what they're going for now, but a few years ago when I was considering it, one could book a nice four or five day hunt with two tags for around $1500.

Good call. My uncles did this once.

So did one of my great uncles about 4 years ago. Went to Quebec with a couple buddies and a guide and never came back. Spent 40k in search parties and never even found a body.

A friend of mine who owns an Exotic Ranch in west Texas suggested Pronghorns he also suggested you check out Cabela's Outdoor Adventures.

If you are thinking about a south Texas hunt on one of the high fence ranches you are going to find you are a little short of funds.

Does it have to be a hunting trip?

Take the money and make a run to El Salto or Baccarac.

Just a thought...

To Iowa...for big whitetails...with Lee and Tiffany...well just Tiff ;D

Life would definitely be good and fine if I was hunting with Tiffany.

A hunt in Pike County is always great.........except I already hunt there on my Grandfathers farm, only problem is he leases it out so I get second pickings when it comes to stands....and my sister-in-law works at harpos as a cook so I could probably get in there any time I wanted to on a down day....small world you suggesting that :D :D :D

Now a Caribou hunt might be fun, I never thought of that

And as far as a hunt with Tiffany...I'll be hunting with Tracy...my wife so that is more than likely out of the question. And yes her buck this year had more points but the one I shot had a higher score

I also like the Iowa idea, it wouldn't be much of a drive for me, I live in Pike County Missouri only 1 1/2 hours from the Iowa border, Lots of good deer where I normally hunt in a season but I want that once in a life time antlered encounter.

Thanks for all the great suggestions guys keep them coming if you think of any more
