If it is rough on the water and the boat is going to be fun or if I'm skiing moguls defiatley boxer briefs. Any other time boxers or basketball shorts.

I'm a boxer brief type guy, don't like the slapping action when I walk.

Moose knuckle is the male version of camel toe.

Boxer briefs.  Good quality ones don't bunch up like boxers or dig in like briefs.
