Now that they have found steroids in A-Rods samples, i just dont know what to think about the sport any more. ESPN keeps talking about how it ruins his reputation. I think it is ruining baseballs reputation, you just dont no who's clean and who's not. A-Rod was one of the players I thought was clean for sure. For all we know players like pujols, manny, and ryan howard could be roiders... We just dont know. The purity of baseball is gone. Thats just how i feel now about the sport that i grew playing and one of the players i thought was going to be one of the all time greats.

I think almost everyone thought A-Rod was clean. People who were unhappy with Bonds' record were saying that it'll be legitimate when A-Rod breaks it. Now what? This will send shock waves throughout MLB.

Baseball hasn't been clean for a long time. We have a guy who admitted to pitching a no-no stoned on LSD, the Cin,Reds might as well be called the Greenies, considering the amount of amphetamines(dexedrine) that was common not only on their teams but many in the 60's and 70's and now all the steroid users. I wouldn't be surprised  if some of the Frank Vendors come up hot at this point :-/

Baseball, like politics, has a love affair with corruption. Those that are aghast with the steroid era and the same ones that marvel at the way Ty Cobb played.

Given his nature, this revelation doesn't surprise me.  ARod has shown that he has the character of a piece of mushy pasta.

If you want to watch a sport that won't put you to sleep, try NHRA drag racing. All others sports only require one ball... if you know what I mean.

I don't know those NASCAR guys don't seem to read their rule books either :

Nascar allows the crew chief for the defending champion to openly say he cheats and its up to the officials to catch him. He has been called multiple times and gets a slap on the wrist.

Right now can't take baseball seriously.
