I'll agree. Dale Sr. was the man. I think Jr. is just very popular because his last name is Earnhardt.

There is a big difference between aggressive and

careless. Regardless of his actions, Junior is immune

to formal criticism or disciplinary action.I have not

watched a race since Junior took out 17 cars, including

the leaders, while "racing" to become the Lucky Dog!

jr did well leading the race. after he got to the point he was going to have to work to win he rolled over.

Usually, not all the DNA strands make it from father to son.  In Jr's case,  the great racer ones were left back at the station.

KASEY KAHNE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  If he would just go to a different team he might actually win some races.

He may be one of the worst drivers on the track, minus say Robby Gordon.  I can't count the number one one car accidents that kid has been in; he can't handle a race car.  Kasey Kahne is no more than a poster boy who can kinda drive, sometimes.

If Kerry would have been named Dale Jr, he would have gotten those chances. I saw Kerry race when he was pretty young at Myrtle Beach.  He's only slightly less of a driver than Jr, but didn't have the hype or backing of his father.

As for Kasey Kahne, he is probably 10x the driver of Jr, and is in the top 15, if not top 10 of drivers.  He can flat out wheel a car when given a decent car.  A lot of his issues have been mechanical.

all drivers at cup level can wheel that car when they have a good car. even jr. im not sure i think kasey is 10x's the driver jr is but hes in my top 10-15 drivers currenty driving in cup for sure.

JR is an Idiot - Rude to Kids too - I went to a Phoenix Race and got pit passes and watched him turn down a young boy who wanted a car signed, he said NO and walked in his trailor.

Since than i am not a fan of his.

I don't know about that.  Casey Mears hasn't done jack in good or bad equipment.  Guys who can wheel cars can make bad equipment at least pretty good some of the time.  Bad drivers make good equipment mediocre 90% of the time and Mears fits that bill.

This has been my opinion since his first season. His fans are rabid and they hate Kyle Busch for the fact that he has all the talent of Dale Sr., but his last name isn't Earnhardt.

My favorite driver based on driving skill is Kyle Busch. Based on just being an affable, likeable guy, it's Michael Waltrip.     Happy fishing.
