Back Pain

Featured Replies

Does anyone else get back pain in the mid back on their cranking side while fishing? I have been getting mid back pain on my cranking side while fishing for quite a while now and don't know how to stop from getting this pain. It is like a muscle fatigue type of pain. I really enjoy craking but chucking and winding doesn't last long because of the pain I get in my back.

Alright,....enough.

If you're gonna catch 7lbrs (my tournament/outing) then you aren't allowed to complain about it!!!   ::)

congrats again bud :)

Seriously though, try changing your stance or try putting a small block on the deck and keep a foot on it.  It makes your body rely on different muscles to maintain that unonscious balancing your body does constantly.  I do this when cooking a lrg meal as I get those similar cramps from not changing up my stance.  I use the step stool.

Then,....there's always flexaril ;) (muscle relaxer)

I feel your pain. I injured my back a few years back and although it is much better, I still cannot stand in one spot, such as while fishing, for more than about 30 minutes. I simply sit down for a while.

Muscle pain on left side when standing in boat or along shore.

Just suck it up and continue fishing.  :D

A couple of good hits relieves all the pain!!!!!

Would you be more specific?  As written, the statement is ambiguous.   ;)
