You know what's in that mall? Bass Pro Shops! Then she tells me we can't spend more than about $1200.00 while we are there.

I was thinking that this whole thing was going to be a bust until she gave me the details. I now fully agree that we need a romantic weekend away from the kids at Bass Pro Shops... err... I mean Gaylord Opryland Hotel and the Opry Mills!

Mine is on me about us trying to rent boats so we can get used to using them before we buy one. She also was urging me to go deep sea fishing when we were on vacation (but we didn't have enough people to get a group). Hmm...i wonder if she's trying to go after my life insurance though.

Opryland Hotel is really nice.  Opry Mills is more tourist area, but you will love Bass Pro.  The down side is Bass Pro is on the complete oppisit side of the mall then the Opry.  And if she wont let you spend it all at Bass Pro then say that's ok, because their is a tool store.

We're going up next friday and coming back on Sat, so its just an overnight thnig. Our 4 year old will stay with his "ga ga" one noght, but two would be pushing it.

We went there as a pre-honeymoon trip when we got married 7 years ago so we figured we go back for our anniversary.

I think he's in for a surprise if he thinks he's going to get to spend more than half of that money.If anything i bet the wife will spend $900 and he'll get $150-200,because remember whatever dinner,desert and everything else is going to cost is going toward his spending money. ;D
