Favorite Buffalo Wild Wings flavor?

Featured Replies

Besides the obvious answer....beer, what's your favorite flavor?

I could live on Mango-Habanero with lotsa bleu cheese.

chicken and rib crib here in jersey makes a sauce called 24 karot.  its like a tangy spicy honey mustard type thing that is unbelievable.  I buy it by the quart from them and use it on all sorts of stuff.

The Parmesan Garlic is my favorite...I have had every single flavor though and they are all good...even the Blazin

BWs Spicy Garlic

You could lather up a piece of poop and it would taste great with that on it.  :)

Mango Habenero and the hottest flavor.

Eat the hot first then chase with the Mango and cold ones.

I am split between the BBQ or the teriyaki. I could live on the 2 of them.

My favorites as well.

Always down to try something new though.

Mango Habenero, but wing stop kills Buffalo Wild Wings.

The atomics make Buffalos hottest one not even seem hot, and Wing Stop easily has the best garlic parmesean.

I like the spicy garlic, but since I live in a college town, the service at mine stinks.

X2  Parm./Garlic fries are the bomb too.

OK tutorial on Wings for those people outside of Buffalo. I was a Kitchen manager during college for one of the more successful pizza and wing joints out in Amherst NY, NE suburb of Buffalo.

First Get some Franks Original Red Hot sauce I buy it in gallon size for about $16 local. It is worth the shipping if you cant get it local anywhere. This stuff is excellent on everything. I put it on my eggs, potatoes, pizza, tacos... EVERYTHING!

Buy your wings 6-10 count per lb. Anything smaller is cooks too fast not meaty enough and anything larger just wont have that crunch.

Heat your fryer to 375.

Cook the wings 14(normal)-22(Super Crunchy) minutes

In a good size mixing bowl pour the Hot Sauce:Liquid Butter ratio to taste

(about a cup of mixed sauce per dozen).

Hot- Straight up Franks with a tiny splash of butter

Medium - 3:2

Mild - 1:2

Garlic Parm is equally easy. Just throw a couple handfuls of parm cheese in with a tablespoon or two of minced garlic with ~2 cups of liquified buttter in the bowl and toss em up.

Enjoy.
