So I was just looking threw my facebook and for some odd reasen I typed in Bass resource. And I found the BassResource.com facebook page but what I want to know How do I get in??

try clicking the "Request to Join" button when you are viewing the group on FB...that seems like a good place to start.

I did click the request button but you can only enter by an special invitation.

Everyone I talk to now adays says to get on face books.  I made a my space account once because a lot of my friends wanted me to, but I logged into it so little it wasn't worth having.  Is the facebook more professional based than my space?  ie: I hear lots of businesses are using it to advertise and network and such?

I'll be honest with you guys, we have a Facebook account because we've heard (very loudly) that if you have a business, you MUST have a Facebook account.  But I honestly don't know what I'm doing with it.  I'm not exactly sure what it provides in addition to this site.

So if you have any suggestions or ideas to help us create a Facebook presence that you'll use, please let me know.  

I don't think BR can really benefit from having a facebook page. However, I think if (were to take a couple notes from facebook or myspace, then I thinlk you could bring in a lot more members (not that they need help). In example, BR could have a "photo album" portion to each persons profile. Also could do a live chat part where members can talk with one another in a chat room style, or with special guests BR can bring in.

I think that would be really cool.
