Try a #1 or 1/0 for the 3" tube, a 2/0 for the 4" tube.  I like to get the hook as far back as possible without touching the skirt.

For 3 1/2" tubes I use a 3/0 Gamakatsu or XPoint Offset Worm Hook.

For larger tubes, 4/0 Gammie or XPoint Offset Worm Hook.

On the jig inserts only use 4/0 hooks.  Trigging I use 3/0 and 4/0 EWG depending on which fits best.

x2 - This size will be different for every brand of tube, so best thing to do is just test different ones until you get the right size for whatever tube you have. I use Gammi EWG's a lot for tube rigging, but have also had success with the Grigsby HP hook. Also use tungsten bullet weights, usually unpegged. If I need to peg, I use a little rubber Peg-It stop.
