It's like walking on air... 8-)

Bought a pair last summer when our local

Sportmen's Warehouse closed. I have never

owned a finer pair of boots!

I paid around $70:

These are the ones I picked up.

Very, very comfortable.  Its the first pair of boots that actually feel like I could run in them if I had to.

Danners are awesome. I like Georgias too. Not that pricey.

I've got a pair of Sierras that are about 15 years old. (They weren't called Sierras then, but they are the same boot.) Best boot I've ever owned. After 15 years, they show little wear on the soles, are still water proof, and the leather has worn exceptionally well. I've got many more years to go before they will need to be replaced, by another pair of Danners.

When I got them, they came with a free Gerber knife. Even the knife was nice.
