that and the new Camaros are 2 of my favorite modern GMs right now... I see a few of them here weekly, but they tend to get shadowed by the BMW, Mercedes, Ferrari, Lotus and other exotics you see here once a week during the summer.

I love the new camaros also but I still cant get use to the interior...

I will have another GTO someday...

I test drove a Camaro before I bought my BMW.  I wasn't impressed at all.  The SS version that I drove just didn't have a quality feel or details that I would expect at that price range.  They were charging MSRP at the time, maybe they've come down since then.

A-Jay, how do you like the GTO?  Do you have anything done to it or is it all stock?  If you have any questions about modifications let me know maybe I can help you out, also there is a forum called ls1GTO.com for any info.

Thanks for the info on the GTO site - I'm all over it ! Been a member there before I even bought the car. And I LOVE THIS CAR ! I have some minor after market mods I've done myself - short shifter, CAI, Predator tune, plus size wheels and Rubber. I'd love to open up the exhaust with headers and a custom pipes, and a blower would be outstanding. But the most important mod I do have is the Beltronics STI Driver Radar detection system . . . .

;)

Very cool, I miss mine soooo much its not even funny.

Headers sound outstanding even with a stock catback...  Throw in a S cam  and you are in the 450's....  Looks like you got the main basics which really help from stock.  A short-shifter is a must for this car...

Beautiful car man....
