Went out shooting today for the first time in quite a while. Had a pretty decent session.

My favorite. May just be my best picture yet.

Thanks for looking!!!

Beautiful pics.  Got a nice camera, but a shame I have not a clue how to use the darn thing.  My wife and daughter are good with it.....but I lack the skills to make it seem wonderful.

More important, which lenses.  Though, its usually the person behind the camera that, not the camera itself that does all the work.

Some very nice work.  The frog shot is a wall hanger.

Awesome PICs, really like the frog!

Later, :)

agreed totally.  That seems to be the first question people ask, "what camera".  The camera does not make the shot, the person holding the camera does.

nice pics, and I love the frog.

Thank you for the kind words. Much appreciated.

In my opinion quality glass is much more important than the camera body itself. I was using my trusty 40d and a 400mm 5.6L. Most were shot in aperture priority mode and manual.

Thanks dude you too. I've been experimenting with Manual Mode, but Auto always seems to work best. That's probably the best picture I've ever taken. Toad picture is sweet.

The frog shot is amazing, thanks for sharing.

You already know I love that toad pic but I gotta say it again! AMAZING SHOT!  ;)
