My dogs run and jump at people all the time because they are people they've never seen before. Its excitement not rage. And OMG they bark too!! Maybe he just wanted to lick him to death lol. ;D Thats what my dogs do. And i dont have little dogs I have A big lab, a bull mastiff, and a albino pitbull/poodle mix (Truthfully we dont know what the crap it is LOL ;D)

No.  That dog had some bad intentions.  He kicked the crap out of it and it was still after him.  He could have blasted that dog. 

True... I blame it on the owners more than the dog though.  Id be crazy ragged too if they kept me tied to a small tree in the front yard my whole life.  People need to quit buying pets they can't take care of... should be a felony IMO.

Sometimes you got to get the big guys twice.

that second one is hilarious, he was a COMPLETELY different person after he got tased
