You're not crazy.  That used to be a forum.  It vanished several months ago.

Strange that it came up on your phone.  I'm guessing it may still show up in the archives.

It always shows up on the forum list whenever I am on the homepage. Started noticing it a few weeks ago

That forum doesn't exist, nor does any of the code that was referencing it.  Clear your cache and refresh your browser.
