Smoked pork rub

Featured Replies

I am going to be smoking a deer and hog ham on Thanksgiving and was wondering if anybody had a good rub recipe. I am not new to smoking, I am just looking for something different this time.

Boy, now that I re-read that, I really should have phrased that differently....

You are from H'burg and don't know about smokin'?

Just go to Lowe's out on '98 and hang around the 'grill section a bit and ask around; i'm sure someone close by can help you ;)

I can't believe they misspelled "squeal" in their advertisement.  They left the Q out. ;D
