Shaky head = Success:)

Featured Replies

Went to the lake Saturday and we couldn't buy a bite. Finally about my last hour fishing I tied a Spot remover jig head on my line with a Zoom finesse worm. I cast and let it hit bottom, then lifted until just before the lure came off the bottom. After a few light shakes, BAM. All the sudden I looked like a pro. I nabbed five bass in about 25 minutes, then we had to get going. Seems like a new technique that I will have to use more often. Is anyone else a believer in the shaky head?

the real question is... is anyone not a beleiver of the shakey head worm?

Well, I merely asked because so many guys seem to laught at anything but baitcasters, 20 pound test, etc...

I fish 5in berkley power shakey worms on a 1/4 oz pro model spot remover on my revo sc with 12 lb gamma edge

I'm a believer.  Great for fishing the bottom and bass can't resist it.  I like to use them in 10-20 ft of water.  Deep banks + docks are good places....

1/8 oz. Picasso Shakedown + 6" Roboworm Straight Tail = pretty much guaranteed to catch bass.
