Best investment ever and possibly the best coffee I have ever had. It is so easy to use and saving me tons of money.

The gf and I were downing 1-2 large iced coffees a day from Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks, thus spending almost $10 a day on coffee. So a New Years Resolution was to stop buying coffee from coffee shops and buy one. Well it has worked and this thing has spoiled us. I actually tried a coffee from Starbucks the other day and found it to be gross.

they're pretty awesome. My sister-in-law is an accountant for them. She said it is an awesome place to work and we get free swag.

What, you're too lazy to buy a pound of ground coffee, some filters and use a drip maker?

Will save you even more money.

The economics of these single-cup machines boggle my mind.  Wife had to have the Senseo a few years ago.  Now it just sits on a shelf collecting dust.

My father uses k-caps. You grind up your own coffee then reuse the k cups. Saves him a ton of money.

No it comes with a special thing where you do not need filters. So we can brew whatever. Plus you can buy cases of them at BJ's, 108 for $50. And yes Burley I'm with you, I usually have 2 cups in a iced coffee container. Since the coffee is stronger and not water down compared to most coffee shops I don't need more than one a day.

I've got one and love it.  That being said, it doesn't replace my normal morning pot of coffee.  It's great for when I want a single cup or when I want something different.  Also great for making hot chocolate for my daughters.

We had a big boom of Keurigs being sold in my hometown a few years ago. A small coffee shop opened up and used that to make all their specialty coffees. Eventually they became a distributor and sold a lot of um. I'm with Burley though and continue to rely on my good friend Mr. Coffee

Those K-cups are a rip off.  Work switched from the 10 cent cups of regular brew to these goofy machines.  Now I do up a 40 oz. press of whatever good stuff I ground myself, and take it in a big Stanley thermos.

Father-in-law kept raving about Dunkin coffee.  Wife wanted to try it, so we blew $8 on a bag.  I made one pot, we both drank one cup from that pot.  Ended up giving the rest of the bag to her dad.

Worse than Folgers that stuff is. 

Well they have taken over everything up here. From my apartment there are 6 of them in a 3 mile radius.

Dunkin opened a couple of months ago about 40 miles away.  The two I've visited in the past were pretty blah.

I love our Keurig. I'm not a big coffee drinker and the Keurig allows me to have a single cup whenever I want without making an entire pot, or resorting to that nasty instant crap.

Dunkin makes coffee for the Keurig.

I don't care for those 1 cup machines.  My son in law uses a Jura ($2000 ) 1 cup machine with Jamica Blue Mnt. beans, I much prefer my ho hum Cuisnart and Costco's store barnd 3# for $9.95.  The best coffee machine and coffee I ever used was a 4 cup Sunbeam ( very slow brew) and ground my A & P Bokar blend.

X2......we got a Keurig for christmas and have never spent so much money on coffee. We also have the little thing where you put your own but why keep filling that thing up when you an just make a whole pot??

It boils down to what is more practical for you.  No one seems to have mentioned the time, soap and hot water it takes to clean a regular coffee maker.

We have the family Christmas dinner.  Sister-in-law used to bring her 30 cup coffee maker to serve a half dozen cups or so.

We got a Keurig.  Three drank coffee and had decaf or regular, as well as a choice of types of coffee.  That was much more economical than dumping twenty plus cups of coffee down the drain.

Don't tell me to brew less.  That has been a sore subject with me for years, just like boiling ten pounds of potatoes to make mashed potatoes, and using less than half of them.

Just bought a box of Tulley's Kona for the Keurig.  My daughter got one and we have one at work. 47.777 cents a cup. I still like my Seattle's Best though.

Once in awhile I like going to Biggsby coffee shop and getting me a cup.I don't do it often though.

I love my Keurig... Even if I use 3 k-cups in a single shot. Caribou Coffee is by far the best, especially their French Roast.

For the flavored lovers, try Timothy's German Chocolate Cake or Doughnut Shops Glazed Doughnut! Timothys White Hot Chocolate is awesome too, but its so sugary I can feel my teeth melt with every sip.

You also have the option of tea or hot cocoa.

I like ours, and don't really care who doesn't.  ;D

The wife and I got one as a Christmas present from my parents, its very practical for us as the wife drinks decaf and I don't.  I think my new favorite flavor is the nantucket.

I bought the Platinum model a year ago.  Took me awhile to find just the right coffee cuz I was looking for a good bold blend that didn't taste like mud.  Surprisingly enough, the winner has been the new Folgers K-Cup in either their Black Silk or Lively Colombian, brewed in the 8oz size.  If I want to brew larger size in a travel mug, then Coffee People's "Donut Shop" Xtra Bold does it.  I also have a Cuisinart regular brewer when I want a whole pot.  Coffee of choice there?  Folger's Gourmet Supreme . 

Where I used to live there were several Dunkin' Donuts.  Didn't like either their donuts OR their coffee.  But, it's all individual taste... 8-)

The single cup coffee makers are good for those who drink low quantities per day.  I don't drink coffee at all (nasty stuff), but my wife will have a single cup per day.

Much easier to use the single cup (we have a tassimo) than it is to brew a pot.
