Here's one of my favorite trout the hybrid tiger trout. I wish i could catch this rare trout.

Are these tiger trouts found in the same places you would find rainbows, browns and brooks as well?

I know someone who pulled one out of an ohio trib last year...

No they are not stocked in Ohio, they said it was a stragler fish from PA...

Yes,I witnessed a guy catch one in Jennings Creek In Arcadia Va.....it was stocked by the Game Dept......It was 16" long and caught on a Panther Martin.

The way I understand it,the tiger trout is a cross between a brook and a brown.

They have sporadic stocking of these in PA. Another cool looking fish is the blue trout...

These are very similar to rainbows when seen by themselves, but when they are in the pen with other trout, they stick out like sore thumb....

Very cool.
