Ike is in my head!

Featured Replies

So this weekend I was on the ice chasing after some gills and I got into some real BIG BULL GILLS! After hooking into a good one and feeling some serious weight on the other end I found myself saying, "It's a GIANT, A GIANT!"

I think perhaps I may have watched a little too much of the Classic and City Limits this past weekend! ;D

I think Ike's great and I'm proud to be a "GIANT Catcher!"

Anyone else have this problem?

Nope, can't say I have that problem. I actually saw that show for the first time a few days ago and thought it was funny he kept saying the 14-15 inchers were "giants".  Lol.

Wait till basser89 sees this ;)!

He's got a story, ill let him tell it!

My wife was watching the Classic coverage with me and she asked me why was Mike so crazy when he catches a fish.  He's screaming, pumping fists, and spitting all over his boat...LOL.

Anyways, she turns to me and asked if I was going to do that this year.  I thought about and you know what?  I think I might just do that. :D

City Limits Fishing is a fine program. Sometimes he actually doesn't catch anything! Talk about reality!

I think I go "Ike" from time to time. It feels good to let lose and just let your emotions fly.

I get real pumped when I hook into a big catfish or carp while bass fishing, because a 30 pound fish is a 30 pound fish.

I agree My wife and i watched last week as he went skunked, laughing at how he acts. It gives some life the the typical boring bass fishing tv host i think. I very much relate to him in the fact that i'm normally bumping hip hop heading to the water also. :-X
