Tough muskie trip

Featured Replies

Went over to lake chautauqua with a buddy to do some muskie fishing. Hit the lake for three days totalling 35 hours. No hits the first day. Three hits the 2nd day with two fish landed. Two swipes the third day with no hookups. Post cold front with the start of turnover. Talk about tough fishing. Here is the best of the two landed.

Not a bad fish at all, Dwight.  You should have been up there when my club had a two day T.  We couldn't keep the dang things off our jigs, LOL.

That's why they call 'em the fish of ten-thousand casts.  Muskie fishing is not a sport for the weak or impatient.

Nice fish, by the way.

X2 that is a great looking fish

Nice fish. That would make the trip worth it for me. I've never caught one.

That is a nice fish.  I don't think I could do that without going crazy!
