i just got some 6 inch zoom green lizards....so how do you fish them? and  i have a feeling carolina rig wil come up, i dont have a clue how/what that is...im fairly new to the plastics for bass so any help would be appreciated

I love fishing lizards and I have a LOT of success fishing them just like I fish a worm. I like to use both t-rig and c-rig.

I usuallyuse them in spring, but I've been known to drag a few in the summer.  I like to let the wind catch my boat and throw them out on a c-rig.  I think it's an excellent bait to drag.

I fish lizards year round.  For years I quit even carrying other "worms" since the lizards worked as good or better, year round, in my waters.  I have never found a body of water (including saltwater) where a lizard didn't work.

Did you read the c-rig tips sticky at the top of the page?  There are pages and pages of good info and most people's descriptions of how they rig and fish it.

Lizards work wonders in the rivers around here.  I typically t-rig them with a 3/16 or 1/4 oz bullet sinker depending on the current, and fish them slow.

I agree that a lizard is pretty much a plastic worm, and so can be fished anyway a worm can.  It was the standard Carolina rig bait for years.  Still probably used more for that presentation than any other.  The rigging pics posted above are excellent.
