BPS 09 catalog feature opinion

Featured Replies

Every year, Bass Pro Shops seems to feature some new type bait, or a rejuvenated old one, with multiple pages dedicated to various brand offerings in their catalogs.  In 2006 it seemed to be frogs, in 2007 fluke type baits, and this year it appeared to be swimbaits.  What's your guess for 2009?  I'm thinking it may be the shakey head craze.

Cabela's went nuts on shaky heads this past year. So, that's a good guess. Maybe Flick-Shake. My guess is they'll at least expand the swimbaits.

Just paged thru my left over 2007 catalog and didn't notice an overload of flukes. They probably pack it with what is selling.

Swimbaits?

BOBBERS AND NIGHTCRAWLERS>>>REAL OLD SCHOOL ;D ;D

Probably a couple of pages of lures in Citrus Shad color from every lure company.

Yea but all the other companies will give it real creative ripoff names like orange shad, sunshine shad, florida shad, etc. I'm sure they'll be some creative sexy shad ripoffs too. Probably attractive shad, foxy shad, erotic shad, hot shad, bangin' shad...
