No buzzbait performs like a cavitron, I can tell you that. I do well on most buzzbaits, but cavitrons just seem to trigger more strikes. You can run them a bit slower and they squeak louder.

I am probably email #100 but oh well.  The bait monkey said I had to send one!  Just noticed in my rush to send I sent the brand instead of color. lol.   ;D

Like I said before... even if I don't get one, thanks a million.  People like you not only make this website what it is but you guys continually show what bass fishing is all about.  A+ (By the way, I have talked to him on the phone and he is a class act).

i was wondering if the red comes off the blade and why is there a price difference.

and what would u recommend me buying?

I have to say that the Cavitron is one great bait, I love throwing it when bass are busting on shads.

I had seen how you put the eye on there. When I was filming the Cavitrons under water the eye on the top was actually unnoticeable-The place where I put the eye on some of my new prototypes is underneath. I had them painted on and also had some of those 3D eyes on there. Did it make a fifference-I couldnt really tell because you have to have a controll-a controll being the same fish -cast -water clarity ect. It didnt reall seem to make that much of a difference I CAUGHT THE SNOT OUT OF THEM ANY WAY. LOL I see you have a split tail on there. Try a swimbait type(sassyshad)trailer. that cavitron will rock and roll side to side. Now that i believe had gotten me more strikes at night and low light conditions because of more water displacement. Necessity is the mother of invention.[

Dang! I gotta start checking more frequently as well.  Nice to see they are at Dick's.  I will be heading to mine next week sometime.  I'll check them out.

Ya. I missed this thread also. Thanks for giving out the free baits anyhow. Hopefully next time I'll be quicker! I'll head out and buy one this weekend too!

I would like to express my sincere thanks to you for sending me a Ghost Monnow 3/8 oz Cavitron Buzzbait.  The bait just arrived today and it is awesome, I love the color and the translucent skirt.  I have been a big fan of these buzzbaits for quite a while now.  About four weeks ago I caught my PB on one of the Cavitron buzzbaits (Chartruese, bleeding series) on a private lake, it was 6lbs 13ozs and the best fight and the most fun I ever had bass fishing.  Once again, thank you very much and I am looking forward to catching my next PB using ths new buzzbait.

Glad you got yours so fast, hopefully mine will come today as well. Going fishing in 3 hours so it would come in handy. I already love the chartruse and white Cavitron I've had for awhile.
